Emotional healing

I have worked in social work for many years and have my masters, one of the major problems I’ve experienced is the emotional healing that is needed as part of healing chronic disease, there are many people who need non verbal ways to assist with emotional processing, I’ve found that these healings help with mood enhancement for ptsd, grief, anxiety and depression. I believe with these zooms as a meditative practice are healing the nervous system and releasing the shock of trauma in ways people might not be able to verbalize in traditional therapy
